Which bit holder fits my tool?
Milwaukee M12: the M12 Bit Holder is made for the M12 Fuel impact driver, Surge and drill.

How does the lifetime warranty work?
Every Simon Tools product comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Register your product and we extend it to a lifetime limited warranty. If it fails under normal use, we replace it.
I bought it on Amazon. Can I still register?
Yes, Amazon purchases count. Choose Amazon as the place you bought it when you register.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Contact us with your order number (or Amazon order ID) and a photo of the problem, and we'll sort out a replacement.
Will I get emails after registering?
Yes. Registering adds you to the Simon Tools email list for new products, offers and tips. You can unsubscribe from any email, and your warranty stays active.
How fast do you ship?
Orders ship from US fulfillment centers, usually within 1 business day. Standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, and you get tracking by email.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not yet. The web shop ships to US addresses only for now.
Can I return a product?
