Lifetime Warranty Terms

Every Simon Tools product comes with a 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Register your product at simontools.com/warranty and the warranty is extended to a limited lifetime warranty, for as long as you own the product.

What's covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, such as a holder that cracks, breaks or loses its grip without being misused.

What's not covered

• Normal wear and tear, including scratches and cosmetic marks
• Damage from misuse, accidents, modifications or using the product for something it wasn't designed for
• Lost or stolen products
• Tools, bits or other items used with the product

Who's covered

The original buyer, whether you bought from simontools.com or from Simon Tools on Amazon. Products bought from other sellers or second-hand are not covered.

Registration

Registration is free and has no deadline. You'll need your name, email and the product you bought. The order number is optional but makes claims faster. Website buyers who opted in at checkout are registered automatically. By registering, you join the Simon Tools email list. You can unsubscribe at any time and your warranty still stays active.

How to make a claim

Email simon@simontools.com with your name, the product, your order number if you have it, and a photo of the problem. If the claim is approved, we'll send you a replacement of the same or an equivalent product, free of charge. We may ask you to send the defective item back first.

Legal

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. It doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer protection laws.
