What kind of ideas?

• New products: a tool accessory you wish existed, or a tool we should make a holder for.
• Improvements: something on an existing Simon Tools product that could work better.
• New options: a color, size or version you're missing.

Ideas that became upgrades

Customer feedback has already shaped our products. The M12 Bit Holder has been upgraded eight times since it launched in 2022, and almost every upgrade came from customer reviews and suggestions. The black version and the left-side version were both added because customers asked for them.
