We ship to addresses in the United States.
- Processing: orders usually leave our US fulfillment center within 1 business day.
- Delivery: standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days.
- Cost: shown at checkout before you pay.
- Tracking: you get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Orders with several items may arrive in more than one box.
Returns
Not happy with your purchase? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
- Items must be unused and in the original packaging.
- Email us at simon@simontools.com with your order number before sending anything back. We'll reply with return instructions.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive the return.
- Return shipping is paid by you and original shipping costs are not refunded, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping, at no cost to you. After that, your warranty covers defects.
